1. GENERAL
Ember Ironwork is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from attending. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service and quality. For these reasons Ember Ironwork has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
2. FULL PAYMENT
Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment. We do not reserve without payment.
An online conformation will be sent to you at the time of booking. This email with the booking reference number serves as conformation of your booking.
3. CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone call or email. Please note that refunds will be issued by Bacs or PayPal transfer and may incur a small cancellation fee depending on the method of payment used when the purchase was made. 4. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests can be made up to 8 weeks prior to the date of the booked session.
You may request that a session be transferred to an alternative date up to 28 days prior to the session.
No refunds or transfers will be issued after 28 days prior to the session.
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Ember Ironwork all payments are fully refundable. However we cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred.
